Thank you for shopping with Deed Technologies. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping 0–3 business days. Free delivery on orders above KES 100,000 and a flat fee of KES 2,500 for orders under KES 100,000.

Same day delivery in Nairobi and it’s environment.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp where applicable. Tracking information can be used to monitor your shipment in real time.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within Kenya. Shipping availability may vary depending on location and courier coverage.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@shop.deed.africa or call/WhatsApp +254746877809. We will work with the shipping provider to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import charges upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
