- Yes. Every unit passes a multi-point hardware test, is graded Fair to Premium, and ships with a 1-year warranty and 30-day returns. Brand new sealed units are also available across most categories.
- Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
- All prices shown are in Kenya Shillings and exclusive of VAT. If you need a tax invoice, add your registered business name and KRA PIN at checkout and 16% VAT is added automatically, with an eTIMS receipt issued after payment.
- Can I configure a laptop or PC to my own specs?
- Yes. On customisable units you can pick processor, RAM, storage, graphics and warranty cover, and the price updates live from the base configuration. We then recommend accessories that match your build.
- How can I pay?
- M-Pesa, card via Paystack, bank transfer, or Lipa Pole Pole instalments over 3, 6 or 12 months with a 30% deposit. You can also complete an order over WhatsApp.
- Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
- Yes. Nairobi deliveries are handled by our own riders, while upcountry orders go via Wells Fargo or Deed Xpress agents nationwide. Delivery is costed automatically from your chosen location at checkout.
