Products and orders
Product condition, grade, base specification, availability and price are shown on the listing. An order is accepted after we confirm payment and stock. We may cancel and refund an order where stock, pricing or verification errors prevent fulfilment.
Refurbished condition
Refurbished products are tested and graded. Cosmetic appearance varies by the stated grade. Images may represent the product range; confirmed specifications and condition details on the listing and order take priority.
Trade-in and pre-orders
Online trade-in figures are estimates only. Final value requires physical inspection and is applied only after verification. Pre-order availability dates are estimates until confirmed.
