Shipping & delivery
We deliver orders across Kenya. Your delivery charge is shown before you place the order and depends on your selected destination.
Nairobi
Nairobi orders are fulfilled by Deed riders. Eligible orders above KES 50,000 receive free Nairobi delivery unless a different charge is clearly shown at checkout.
Outside Nairobi
Upcountry orders are sent through Wells Fargo or Deed Xpress. The checkout uses the selected destination and current delivery tariff to calculate the charge.
Timing and collection
In-stock delivery estimates begin after payment confirmation. Pre-order dates are estimates until our team confirms availability. Lipa Pole Pole products are collected or dispatched only after the full balance is paid.
